more neat stuff...
The last weekend I went shopping all by myself at Sheridan.
I ended up watching an infomercial style demonstration in Zellers (where I was randomly wandering looking at toys). We got itty bitty free samples of the Brand New Magicloth Super Absorbent Chamois. I didn't think anyone would care, but were there ever a lot of women who got excited... scary.
Well after that depressing sight, I happened to wander by one of those little girly shops with earrings and stuff. I went to go look for something to tie my hair back better than an elastic. The lady in the store (Nada) was super awesome. I asked her if she knew any tricks to using the chopsticks, cause I tried before and my hair slides out. She recommended a scrunchie (which I tried and don't like). So she found a little rubber thing that would twist and clip the hair, and that worked pretty well, but I was wondering if they had different sizes. She said they had a different style (Hairagami), and it has since become my new toy. She opened the package and showed me how to use it, though she didn't think I was going to buy it.
Yay, Nada, for making my afternoon by making me smile, and selling me a fun hair toy!
